Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenfu Injection in treatment of acute pancreatitis in children. Methods Forty-four patients of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 22 patients in each group. Conventional therapy was adopted in both group,while intravenous instillation of 20ml of Shenfu Injection daily lasting for 3 to 5 days was adopted in treatment group beside it. The symptom , sign and average duration before the restoration of digestive tract and discharge were noted. Results Almost all the clinical index in treatment group were much better than that in control group,moreover,the average duration of hospitalization in treatment group was markedly shortened. Conclusion It is noted that Shenfu Injection can quickiy relieve the symptoms and signs in patients suffering from acute pancreatitis with less complication. The beneficial effect of Shenfu Injection may be concerned with it's role to improve microcirculation in pancreatic tissue and inhibit release of inflammatory cytokines. In this way,damage to significant organs is avoided and quick recovery is gained.关键词
