Abstract
We reviewed the evidence-based medicine of several common anti-platelet drugs,represented by aspirin on the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke, on the basis of which, the guidelines of anti-platelet therapy as secondary prevention of stroke in China,United States and Europe were compared. Finally,adverse events of anti-platelet drugs in gastrointestinal and intracranial hemorrhage and the strategies of clinical application were also elaborated.关键词
