摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effectiveness of treatment of varicoccle by transumbilical single port gasless laparoscopy. Methods: Fourty-five cases underwent transumbiiical single port gasless laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein(38 cases on the left side,7 cases on both sides). Results: All of the operations were performed successfully and just 1 case had complication of scrotal edema, and no case had recurrence. The average Operative time was 24. 2min on the left side and 36. 7 min On both sides. Mean postoperative hospital stay was 2. 6 d. After one year follow-up examination of semen, semen found improvement in 42 cases (93. 33%) , thepregnancy rate within one year was 53. 33%. Conclusion:Transumbilical single port gasless laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein is a feasible alternative to cure varicocele, it is had advantagement with less pain, less trauma, quicker recovery, beautiful, fewer postoperative complications, lowrecurrence rate, higher rate of successful pregnancy, its operation is not so difficult.关键词
