Abstract
Objective: to study the low molecular dextran anaphylactic shock caused the prevention and rescue. Methods: a retrospective analysis in 1 low molecular dextran caused the occurrence of anaphylactic shock and rescue process. Results: the static drop because of low molecular dextran, inadequate understanding) cause allergic patients' death, and did not know to anaphylactic shock. Discussion: the adverse reaction also nots allow to ignore, especially happen when a rescue anaphylactic shock, not in time, will threaten life, so will cause the attention of the clinical medical staff. Low molecular dextran allergic reaction is the incidence of 0. 03%~4. 70%, the death rate from high penicillin allergies is 2~4 times.关键词
