Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes and prevention of the nasal adhesion after the endoscopic sinus surgery of Chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2008 ~2010 117 cases in June in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, nasal endoscopy and were followed up for more than six months, concurrent nasal surgery adhesions were separated. Results 117 patients in 15 cases complicated with nasal adhesion after surgery to remove nasal adhesion separation. Conclusion Comprehensive assessment of the preoperative condition of patients, correctly handle the middle turbi-nate, nasal septum and inferior turbinate, regular review can prevent nasal adhesions.关键词
