路径分析在药物经济学评价中的应用
Application of Path Analysis in Pharmacoeconomics
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To explore the application of path analysis in pharmacoeconomics. METHODS: The data in clinical trial were fitted by path analysis model. The influencing factors and their relationships were revealed by parameter estimation in the model, and then the pharmacoeconomics was evaluated. RESULTS: The relationship of therapeutic regimen, therapeutic effectiveness and hospitalization cost were reflected by the path analysis model quantitatively and objectively. The goodness of fit index (GFI) of the model was 0.943 2, and the adjustive goodness of fit index (AGFI) was 0.858 1, which proclaiming that the fitting of the model was good. CONCLUSION: Pharmacoeconomics evaluation might be conducted effectively through path analysis.关键词
