摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of modified extraperitoneal cesarean section with forceps used. Methods 150 patients who underwent cesarean section were cllected between January 2010 and January 2011 in our hospital. ( Preoperative ultrasonography prompted head position and excluded the case with lesions of uterine annex, severe fetal distress , placenta previa and the placenta attached to the anterior wall of lower segment were ). These patients were divided into 3 groups. SO of them underwent modified extraperitoneal cesarean section with forceps used( Group A) ,40of them underwent extraperitoneal cesarean section (Croup B) ,60 of them underwent intraperitoneal cesarean section (Croup C). Observe and compare the intraoper-ative conditions of three groups [including the total operation time, the operation time from the beginning to the childbirth and the time of Ururus-Delivery ( U-DI) , Apgar score] and postoperative conditions(the time of recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation, the pain of wound and the incidence of a disease after operation ,etc). Results The operation time from the beginning to the childbirth in Group A and B was no satistically significal difference compared with Group C(P >0.05) ;The difference was satisrically significant between group A and Group B( P <0. 05 ). The total operation time of the three groups was not significantly diflerent( P > 0. 05 ) ; Group A has the shortest time of Ururus-Delivery and highest Apgar score in the three groups (P < 0. 01) ; Group A and B have lower postoperative morbidity (including fever, pain of wound and distension, etc) compared with Group C (P<0. 01). Conclusion The modified extraperitoneal cesarean section with forceps used was worth of clinical application because its advantages of extraperitoneal cesarean section and rapid expulsion of the fetus,reducing neonatal asphyxia, improve the perinatal outcome.关键词
