Clinical analysis of 68 atypical cases of placental abruption

Abstract
Objective:Through analyzing the clinical manifestations of placental abruption retrospectively, to think highly of the atypical clinical manifestations, in order to improve pregnancy outcomes. Methods: We reviewed all cases of placental abruption from Jan. 2009 to Oct 2010. Results-There were 10 typical cases and 58 atypical cases. Six fetus died inside the uterus, among which one case was misdiagnosed with threatened premature labor. No death of newborn baby and gravida. Conclusion:Placental abruption is a severe complication of pregnancy. It threantens the lives of mother and infant. The atipical clinical manifenstations should be payed more attention in its early diagnosis.关键词
