摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the morphotogicat index retated to the knee joint in Chinese and to provide anatomicat references to the reparation and reconstruction of knee joint. Methods The knee joint surface of 43 adutts were measured morophogicatty by vernier cati-per and ptanimeter. Resutts The measurement of knee joint surface; the area of the tibia interat condyte was ( 6. 93 ± 1. 56 ) cm at teft and (7.08 ±1.51)cm2 at right;the area of the tibia taterat condyte was(7.61 ±0.97)cm2 at teft and(7.74 ±0.64)cm2 at right;the area of femur interat condyte was(21. 66 ±3. 22) cm at teft and(21. 12 ± 1. 86) cm at right; the area of femur taterat condyte was(24. 02 ±3. 97) cm at teft and(24. 02 ± 3. 97)cm at right; the area of femur patettar surface was(5. 24 ± 1. 19) cm at teft and(6. 20 ± 1. 08) cm at right. The measurement of intercondytar process tibia :height( 1. 08 ±0. 27) cm at teft and(0. 89 ±0. 09) cm at right;width ( 1. 33 ±0. 24) cm at teft and ( 1. 21 ±0. 04) cm at right. The measurement of intercondytar fossa femur;depth (2. 26 ± 0. 29) cm at teft and (2. 30 ±0. 18) cm at right; width (1.94 ±0. 12)cm at teft and (1.88 ±0. 16)em at right. Conctusion Morphotogy of the knee joint shoutd be taken into consideration when conducting reparation and reconstruction of knee joint关键词
