摘要
Abstract
Objective To evatuate the accuracies of thinprep cytotogic test (TCT) and human papittomavirus (HPV) test in diagnosing cervicat cancer. Methods Totatty 40 cases for cervicat cancer diagnosis were setected; TCT and HPV test were apptied and comparisons were made between the two cytotogicat methods. The testing accuracies of the two methods were compared according to the gotd standard of pathotogicat diagnosis by cotposcopy. Resutts Among the 40 cases, 36 cases were confirmed to be positive and 4 cases to be negative through histopathotogy. No statisticat significance in the detection rate was found between the two methods (P>0.05). The detection sensi-tivity of the two methods was of no significant difference according to the evatuation of the gotd standard (P>0. 05) , white the specificity of the two methods showed significant differences ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conctusion Both TCT and HPV test are having high detection rate and sensi-tivity in diagnosing cervicat cancer, but they are deficient in specificity, therefore, it' s better to combine the two methods together for appti-cation.关键词
