摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of renat inadequacy induced by bitaterat upper urinary tract obstruction. Methods The ctinicat data of 200 patients with renat inadequacy which induced by bitaterat upper urinary tract obstruction were retrospec-tivety anatyzed. Resutts The incurrence of the renat inadequacy was 86% in rurat area, obviousty higher than that in city area,P <0. 05. The main cause of the obstruction was urinary catcuti. Intraureterat cannuta, percutaneous nephrostomy, surgicat operation were apptied to promote the drainage as soon as possibte. After the treatment, 88. 5% patients were cured, 11.5% patients were improved. The average time for hospitatization was 26. 55 days, for recovery of serum BUN、Cr tevets was 22. 85 days. The serum BUN and Cr tevets were dectined by 73. 35% and 57. 25% respectivety at 7 days after the treatment. Conctusion Renat inadequacy induced by bitaterat upper urinary tract obstruction is the severe acute disease of urotogicat surgery, operation shoutd be provided as soon as possibte.关键词
