摘要

Abstract

The extraction of lycopene with organic solvents at the varied temperature, time, and solid to liquid ratio was investigated. The optimized process conditions of extraction of lycopene from fresh tomato was 55 ℃ for 2.5 h. Then, centrifugated and washed with ethanol, further extracting by petroleum ether-acetone (1:2) was at 50 ℃ for 25 min. The solid-to-liquid ratio was 1 : 4. The method had advantages of low cost, high efficiency and easy to automatization, thus having broad industrialized application prospects.
