油橄榄叶中橄榄苦苷的分离纯化
Separation and purification of oleuropein from olive leaves

Abstract
Extraction, purification and separation of oleuropein in olive leaf extract were studied by 6 different macroporns resins. Macroporous absorption resins were compared on adsorption and desorption performances. To achieve an optimal purification of oleuropein, the adsorption and desorption characteristics of the best resin were investigated. The optimal column separation conditions of macroporous resin D101 were as follows: the mass concentration of oleuropein in the liquid was 41. 06 mg/mL, the flow rate was 5 mL/min, 50% aqueous ethanol solution was effective solvent for oleuropein desorption, the volume of eluent was 260 mL. The content of oleuropein was more than 55% , the oleuropein was obtained by purification again using Sephadex, and 76% yield was obtained.关键词
