摘要

Abstract

To investigate the process conditions of ethanol extraction of active material of (-) epicatechin from Fagopyrum dibotrys, the approximate scope of the ethanol concentration, the extracting temperature, the ratio of solid to liquid, and the extracting time were obtained by a single factor experiment, the F test, and SSR method. By orthogonal experiment, the optimal process conditions were as fallows: ethanol concentration 60% , extracting temperature 20 ℃ , the solid to liquid ratio 1:18, and the extracting time 30 min. And the average extraction rate of active material of (-) epicatechin in Fagopyrum dibotrys was 2.5%. The process is simple and reasonable. Thus it could be applied to the pre-production in industrial production of (-) epicatechin monomer in Fagopyrum dibotrys.
