六味地黄丸对大鼠脂肪细胞生长的影响
Effects of Liuwei Dihuang pills on adipocyte in rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Liuwei Dihuang pills on adipocyte in normal rats. Methods 75 SD male rats were divided randomly into three groups normal group, control group and Liuwei Dihuang pills group, 25 rats in each group. 10 mice in each group at 4th and 8th week were random respectively to be anaesthesia and measured for abdominal circumference and observed adipose tissues with cytomorphology. Results The pills increased significantly the fat content in abdominal cavity, decreased the number but increased the area of fatty cells in the visual field, the differences between Liuwei Dihuang pills group other two groups were significant (P < 0.05 and P < 0.01). Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pills can increase the weight, fat content and enlarged the area of fatty cell to cause obesity. ,关键词
