桑生除痹合剂对兔膝骨性关节炎组织形态学和血液流变学的影响
Effects of Sangsheng Chubi mixture on histology and hemorheology of osteoarthritis in rabbits

Abstract
Objective To evalu ate the effects of Sangsheng Chubi mixture on histology and hemorheology of osteoarthritis in rabbits. Methods 36 rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups as follows, normal group, model group, control group and three therapeutic groups in high dose, middle dose and low dose respectively, 6 rabbits in each group. The models were induced by Hulth method and fed with the mixture in high, middle and low doses; the rabbits in control group fed with Zhuanggu Guanjie pills. After 12 weeks, the rabbits were firstly detected their hemorheology and then killed. Then the histology change of the articular cartilage and synovial membrane were observed with light microscope. Results Degenerations were found in articular cartilage and synovial membrane under light microscope. Compared with model group, the differences of whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity and ery-throcyte aggregation in control group and all therapeutic groups were remarkable (P<0.01). Conclusions The osteoarthritis models are successful. Sangsheng Chubi mixture can improve remarkably the hemorheology and the local blood circulation and delay the degenaration of articular cartilage.关键词
