消瘀散及水提物与醇提物体外透皮特性的比较研究
Comparative study of transdermal characteristic on water and alcohol extracts of Xiaoyu powders
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the transdermal characteristic in different extraction technology through the research of transdermal experiment on water and alcohol extracts of Xiaoyu powders and provide the base for drug form designs, pharmacology, toxicology experiment and clinical research. Method The accumulated penetration rate of emodin, a kind of effective component, was used as the determining indicator, the HPLC as quantifying, the improved Franz diffusion cells and vitro rabbit as the method to perform the transdermal test and compare the differences among the penetration rate, the percentage of transdermal and the reserves in skin bewteen water and alcohol extracts. Result The transdermal speed was from fast to slow, reserves of the skin from high to low. The total transdemal amount was ordering as follows: alcohol extract> water extract >Xiaoyu powder. Conclusion The alcohol extract is the fastest in speed, the most in the skin reserves and the most in the total amount.关键词
