摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the long-term effect of single-site single drug-eluting long stent implantation. Methods Clinical data of 62 patients with single-site single drug-eluting long stent implantation ( long stent group ) and 60 randomly selected patients with single-site single non-long drug-eluting stent implantation ( control group ) were collected and long-term follow-up were carried out. History of reoccurrence of angina attack, re-hospitalization, major adverse cardiovascular events( MACE )and the follow up coronary angiography results of patients were recorded. Results There were no significant difference between the 2 groups in the angina attack,re-hospitalization,fatal or nonfatal myocardial infarction,stent thrombosis, revascularization and MACE occurrence( P > 0. 05 ). The follow up coronary angiography were done in 20 cases( 32. 26% )in long stent group and 15 cases( 25.00% )in control group, there were no significant differences between the 2 groups in stent restenosis, target lesion and target vessel revascularization( P >0. 05 ). Conclusion Implantation of single-site single drug-eluting long stent is feasible and safe, no severe adverse cardiovascular events occurred in the long-term follow-up.关键词
