Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Z350 nano-filler resin compostite in anterior teeth restorations. Methods:200 anterior teeth that needed to be restored were divided into two groups randomly. One group was treated with Z350 nano-filler resin corapostite, the other was treated with Z250 resin compostite. All the restorations were evaluated in oral cavity after 6 -month and 2 -year filling with United State public health service criterions. Results: In clinical service for 6 months, the successful rate was 99% in the experiment group and in control group was 97. 9% and there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). In clinical service for 2 years,the successful rate was 98% in the experiment group while in control group was 9154. The difference of the two groups was statistically significant (P<C0.05). Conclusion; The Z350 nano-filler resin compostite has better characteristics, it is an ideal choice for anterior restorations.关键词
