Abstract
It is well known that the traditional kanban system is not suitable to multi-product and small-batch production. To solve this problem, a new solution called visualization kanban technique is proposed such that just-in-time (JIT) strategy can be applied to the multi-product and small-batch production. As an industrial case problem, this technique is applied to an electronic product production process. For this production process, the new kanban operation flow chart is designed and it works well. The system frame-work , the key technique and the suitable environment condition are proposed too. Compared with the tradi-tional kanban system, the visualization kanban system has been demonstrated to be more efficient and ap-plicable to multi-product and small-batch production.关键词
