摘要

Abstract

The research progress of general oxide-based and rare earth oxide-based up-conversion luminescence materials were reviewed with 38 references, The preparation methods, the effects of substrate material structure and excitation condition on up-conversion luminescent intensity and wavelength were introduced, as well as the luminescent mechanism. It indicates that oxide would be the focus of up-conversion materials in the future, and would replace fluoride and chloride as the main substrate materials for up-conversion materials. Also, it proposed the direction of the improvement of oxide base.
