高压微波氢等离子体Balmer线系的实验
Emission spectroscopy investigation of hydrogen balmer series in high pressure microwave hydrogen plasma
摘要
Abstract
In this experiment, compressed rectangular waveguide and thermal assisted excitation can be used to produce microwave hydrogen glow plasma under the pressure near an atmospheric pressure. We measured Hα, Hp, Hβ,Hγ and Hδ lines of hydrogen Balmer series during the continuous discharge process using the optical emission spectroscopy and analyzed variation tendency of line intensities with pressure and internal mechanisms. The results indicated that the intensity ofHα, Hp, Hβ,Hγ and Hδ lines increased and then decreased as the gas pressure increased. The plasma excitation temperature decreased and then tended towards stability as the gas pressure increased.关键词
