国产微螺钉种植体支抗稳定性的临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objectives To evaluate the effects of the different loading occasions, by clinic study. Methods The sample consisted of 39 patients (male 11,female 28,12 to 31 years old.averaged 21.5),whose canine, premolar or maxillary first molar need to be moved distally with microscrew implants as anchorage.These samples were divided into 3 groups for the loading occasion. The groups include unloaded group.immediate group and loading group after 2 weeks.Statistical analysis was done in order to compare the ablating rate of research I and research III and attempt to find out the infections about the ablating rate. Results Comparing of the implant's ablating rate of animal experiment.it was found that the implant's ablating rate of the loading group after 2 weeks was the lowest in three groups.ln another word, loading after 2 weeks was the best. In the immediate group.the implant's ablating rate was 50% whether animal experiment or clinical application.But in animal experiment.unloading group owned the lower ablating rate than immediate group.ln clinical application.unloading group owned the higher ablating rate than immediate group.This was the different point. Conclusion Load being added to the implants in two weeks can accelerate the bone's development and Osseo integration.lt was benefit for the stability of implant.关键词
