中国省域低碳经济发展水平及其空间过程评价
Evaluation on the Development Level and Spatial Progress of Low-carbon Economy at Provincial Scale in China

Abstract
The atmospheric concentration of greenhouse gases is rising and extreme weather phenomena occur frequently, triggering worldwide low-carbon economy research and practice. As one of the largest developing countries in the world, China plays an important role in maintaining global atmosphere stability; therefore, it is necessary to fully recognize low-carbon economic development ability and its features. On account of connotation of low-carbon economiy, this paper designs a system of low-carbon economic development capacity evaluation index and comprehensively evaluates the provincial low-carbon economy development capacity by employing the AHP method. The result shows that: ①The development capacity of low-carbon economy is various with different provinces. It shows a pattern of " high in the east and north, low in the west and south, and hopping in some parts". ②There is an obvious periodic characteristic of low-carbon economic development capacity in different provinces and overall, an increasing trend appears. ③The characteristic of low-carbon economic development capacity is the results of several elements, such as energy distribution, energy utilization, development level, geographical environment, the consumption idea, consumption patterns, and so on. Therefore, in the future, besides maintaining the rapid development of economy, we have to strengthen gradually the management, control and guidance of carbon emissions, and inforce the low-carbon economic development ability by transforming the economic development pattern, increase investmentin science and technology, guide consumption behavior, optimize energy structure and increase carbon resources.关键词
