Abstract
Objective The purpose of this article was to study relevant causes of recurrence tnucocele of the glands of Blandin-Nuhn and its clinical therapy. Methods The ipsilateral/bilateral anterior lingual glands of all 20 cases were excised concomitantly with the cyst at the second operation. All patients were followed up for 6 months. Results In twenty cases stage I healing was achieved, with no recurrence in the following half a year. Conclusion The anterior has its special anatomy of physiology characteristics. Excision of ipsilateral/bilateral anterior lingual glands together with the cyst is a better way to prevent the recurrences of mucocele of glands of Blandin-Nuhn.关键词
