Abstract
Objective To optimize the formula of mouse- IgG. Methods The colorant A were prepared by various company, and OD values were determined by ELISA. Results The results of anti HCV-cAg solution with various companies were different. Conclusion It must be determined the suitability of mouse- IgG before using.关键词
