International Comparison and Enlightenment about Sustainable Development and Utilization of Agricultural Information Resources

Abstract
With the enhancement of economic integration trend and the coming of knowledge economy era, agricultural information resources are more and more important for agricultural and rural economy's sustainable development. It has been proved to be true in developed countries. This paper analyzed the present situation, characteristics and developing trend of agricultural information resources' development in developed countries. Considering the actual conditions of agricultural information resources' development in USA, EU, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, South Korea, India, etc, the paper discussed the successful experience and individual difference. Then the paper put forward some important pieces of enlightenment for China's agricultural information resources' sustainable development, that is, emphasizing the country's subject status, encouraging social forces to participate in the development, strengthening information construction and application level of agricultural infrastructure, enhancing the combination among the scientific research, education and extension of agricultural information resources. To raise the development level of agricultural information resources, the paper gave some suggestions such as strengthening the recognition level, improving the talents construction, enhancing the sharing degree and increasing the social service level.关键词
