摘要

Abstract

A method for rapidly determining fifteen pesticides, such as pymetrozine and others, in tobacco with LC-MS/MS was developed. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by dispersive solid-phase extraction and finally detected with LC-MS/MS. The results showed that the recoveries of the fifteen pesticides ranged from 70.43% to 117. 81% at the standard's levels of 0. 1,0. 25 and 0. 5 μLg/g, the relative standard deviation ( RSD) ranged from 1. 16% to 13. 89% ,and the limit of detection was from 0. 004 to 0. 030 μg/g. This method was suitable for the rapid analysis of multiple pesticide residues in batches of tobacco samples.
