Abstract
Quantitative cement bond evaluation using MAK- Ⅱ logging data generally is unsatisfactory due to difference in cement bond situation and influence of attenuation coefficient from case size and formation property, etc. In order to quantitatively evaluate the Ⅰ and Ⅱ interface of cement bond with wave form data, a formula is set up to calculate it by combining original interval transit time, amplitude fading and attenuation ratio curves. And the quantitative cement bond quality evaluation standard is established based on measuring data of calibration wells. It is believed that the I interface bond index based on casing wave amplitude can be used to quantitatively evaluate the cement bond quality, but we should consider the influence of channeling angle, cement density and borehole, et al. Formation wave information can be used to evaluate bond quality between cement and formation. The Ⅱ interface bond index can be built by calculating energy in frequency domain. Practical application in the calibration wells and production wells show that this method is feasible.关键词
