摘要

Abstract

Proposed is a method to calculate rock static elastic modulus and predict rock fracturing parameters by combining with core experimental data and log data. The slowness of formation P-wave and S-wave is extracted from the multipole array acoustic log data. Relation between dynamic and static elastic modulus is established through regression of laboratory measured rock static modules and calculating results, and then, we can get the static elastic modulus. It can help make fracturing operation scheme for pay zones. It is considered that field operating fracturing curves is unreliable, only the downhole pressure gauge measured curves can accurately reflect the pay zone fracturing situation. Three wells practical applications show that this method is reliable and accurate.
