摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinic effect of the recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 ( rhBMP-2 ) mix with nano-hydroxyapatite collagen (nHAC ) to treat lumbar segmental instability. Method From Jan 2008 to Dec 2010, 23 patients ( 27 segments ) with umbar segmental instability were treated by internal fixation of Lumbar Spon-dylolisthesis assist with rhBMP-2 and nHAC. Result All cases were followed 13.5 months, judge by JO A, excellent Meases, good 6 cases, the good-excellent were 86.9%. Conclusion rhBMP-2 mix with nHAC to treat lumbar segmental instability is a ideal therapy method.关键词
