摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the colorectal cancer patients to accelerate recovery of perioperative surgical nursing clinical effect. Methods: Our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were treated 60 patients with cancer of the rectum, in the implementation of accelerated perioperative surgical rehabilitation, parallel comprehensive and holistic nursing intervention, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 60 patients were successfully operated, the average length of stay is 6h. Pulmonary infection in 1 case, wound infection in 1 case, after active treatment, were discharged. Conclusion: Accelerated rehabilitation care emphasize patient before surgery as soon as possible to begin its activities, to reduce muscle strength and lung function due to damage caused by bed rest, make necessary dietary guidance, bowel care, can speed up the rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of life.关键词
