股骨颈骨折中空钉置钉方式对股骨头缺血坏死的影响
The Effect on Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head after Fixation of Femoral Neck Fractures Using Cannulated Screws

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect on avascular necrosis of the femoral head after fixation of femoral neck fractures using cannulated screws. Methods 260 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted into our hospital during January 2006 and July 2009 were randomly divided into group A and B (130 in each group). In group A, three cannulaled screws were placed in a pattern of regular triangle. In group B, the screws were placed in a pattern of inverted triangle. Necrosis rates of the femoral neck in the two groups were compared 18 months after surgery. Results All the 260 patients were followed up. The incidence rate of femoral neck necrosis in group A and B were 4.62% and 14.62% , respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups(\ = 7.48,P <0.05). Conclusion In the fixation of femoral neck fracture, placement of three cannulated screws in a pattern of regular triangle can slightly impair the remaining blood supply to the femoral head, with a lower incidence rate of femoral head necrosis.关键词
