新型膜流化床内镍/氧化铝催化剂颗粒流化特性的研究
Investigation into the Ni/Al2O3 Catalyst Fluidization Characteristics in a Novel Fluidized-Bed Membrane Reactor

Abstract
As the internals, two vertical tube bundles were inserted into a cold model of fluidized bed with inner diameter of S3 mm and height of 800 mm to simulate the fluidized bed reactor with palladium membrane internals, and the fluidized characteristics in the fluidized bed membrane reactor used for the hydrogen production were investigated. The effects of the inserted internals on the pressure fluctuation and axial particle density profile of the fluidized bed were studied under the superficial gas velocity range of 0-0.14 m·s-1. The results show that the insertion of the vertical tube bundles increases the pressure fluctuation and the particle density of the bed, which indicates that the inserted internals could improve the quality of fluidization by splitting, renewing the bubbles and inhibiting the growth of the bubbles during their moving upward in the fluidized bed, which will enhance the mass transfer effect between the gas and the solid particles. The present experimental findings provide fundamental data for optimization design of the industrial membrane fluidized bed reactor.关键词
