Abstract
The object of this paper is to inquire into the realization of pharmacists in clinical pharmacy monitoring. The importance of pharmacists participating in pharmacy monitoring is elaborated in view of specific cases of illness, drugs interaction, harmful responses, drugs incompatibility and improvement of therapeutic schemes and so on. Pharmacists can assist the medical personnel to discover the harmful responses, to solve the problems of drugs incompatibility, to choose the medicine reasonably and to improve the therapeutic schemes. The participation of pharmacists in clinical pharmacy monitoring can promote the proper use of medicine, elevate oneself value and improve the overall medical quality of the hospital.关键词
