摘要

Abstract

A testing system for superconducting joint resistance based on current decay method is developed. A magnetic modulation current comparator was used to measure the current decay in a loop containing the superconducting joint. The current decay was then used to calculate the resistance. The magnetic modulation current comparator is a feedback system containing a magnetic modulation apparatus and a controlling circuit. The performance of the current comparator was tested. The resolution of the current comparator is lower than 1mA and the zero drift is lower than 0.2mA. A superconducting joint sample is tested at last, and its resistance is lower than 3xlO'14 Ohm.
