摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that it is difficulty to measure microwave delay-time by rule and line, a microwave delay-time measuring instrument is designed. It designed a blocking generator and controlled microwave signal back-coupled with pulse signal on modulator, which changed microwave delay-time measure to pulse width measure, and recurred the transfers time of microwave signal. PIC16F877A MCU was used to control TDC-GP2 for measuring time high-accurately. Experimental results showed that this measuring instrument can measure wide-range microwave delay interval.
