摘要

Abstract

In order to reflect the production state of glycolonitrile exactly, the glycolonitrile production was done on line monitoring by near infrared spectroscopy . The design of this system has certain innovation. It first time applied the analyzing technology of near infrared spectroscopy and automatic analyzing control technology to monitor various elements of glycolonitrile production technics. It is a kind of automatic near infrared spectroscopy analyzing sytem to realize the in situ, real time and continuous monitoring various elements of glycolonitrile production system. The technological specifications, composition and the design of key components are introduced below.
