通过分析1 065例地中海贫血(简称“地贫”)筛查及基因诊断结果，观察国产SH2020型全自动琼脂糖凝胶电泳系统在地中海贫血筛查中的作用和不足。方法：对来我院行产前检查或婚前检查的育龄人群共1065例做地中海贫血筛查，筛查流程主要是抽取静脉外周血分别做血液常规检测、红细胞渗透脆性试验和全自动琼脂糖凝胶血红蛋白电泳试验(电泳仪为北京金桑特产SH2020型)，综合三者的结果判定其是否患有地贫及其地贫类型[5]，同时对所有病例进行α及β基因诊断试验，并…查看全部>>
Objective: Through the analysis of 1065 cases of thalassemia screening and gene diagnosis results, the function and the insufficiency of SH2020 domestic full-automatic agarose gel electrophoresis system in the thalassemia screening were evaluated.
