摘要

Abstract

A method for determining 7 organochlorine pesticides residues in bee pollens has been established. Sample was extracted with mixed solvent from equal volumes of n-hexane and ethyl acetate. After purifying with sulfuric acid, the sample was analyzed by gas chromatography with VF-1 quartz capillary column and electron capture detector (ECD). The average recoveries ranged from 88.8% to 108%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.2%-9.1%. The method has better cleaning efficiency. The method is sensitive and accurate, and can better meet the demand for analyzing organochlorine pesticides residues in bee pollens.
