摘要
Abstract
Objective.To set up a method for quantitative detection of Benzon (a) pyrene in meat foods.M2//jod!s:After homogenization of meat foods,BaP were extracted by organic solvent and purification with gel permeation chromatog-raphy. Acetonitrile was used to solute and make up volume after concentration. The Bap was detected by HPLC and de-teminated by external standard mefhod.Results:ln this method, the standard curve of BaP has good linearity relative.the recovery rate was 87.5%~95.4%, RSD was less than 5%, and the detection limit was OA\ig/kg.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate,it is sutible for determination of Benzon (a) pyrene in meat foods.关键词
