Abstract

A method based on GC/MS was developed to detect 4 pesticides residues included pyrimethanil, fipronil, pyridaben and difenoconazole in vegetables, fruits and edible mushrooms. Pesticides were extracted with acetonitrile, were cleaned up by an NH2/CARB0N SPE column, were separated on a capillary column (HP-5MS, 30 m*0.25 mm><0.25 um), then were determined with GC/MS/SIM and were quantified by extend method of matrix-matched calibration standard. The recoveries of 4 pesticides were in the range of 87.2%~108.7% with RSD (n=5) of 2.2%~6.9% at the spiked level of 0.10 mg/kg, and the limit of detection were 2.6 ug/kg~14.9 ug/kg. This method is suitable for the detection of multi-pesticide residues in vegetable, fruit and edible mushroom.
