Abstract
The thermoplastic elastomer was prepared with recycling high density polyethylene(RHDPE), POE and NR by dynamic vulcanization method. The effects of the ratio between rubber and plastic, the content of POE and sulfur on the mechanical properties of thermoplastic elastomer(TPE) were investigated. The microscopic structure of TPE was observed through the scanning electron microscope(SEM). The experimental results show that: TPE has better comprehensive properties when the ratio between rubber and plastic is 50/50, POE is 20 phr, and sulfur is 2 phr. The compatibility of rubber and plastic phases in TPE can be improved by addition of right amount of POE.关键词
