摘要

Abstract

PP/PP-g-MAH/CaCO3 composites were prepared by melt mixing, and the effects of the addition of compatibilizer containing maleicanhydride (PP-g-MAH) on the mechanical properties, crystallinity and fracture surface morphology of PP/PP-g-MAH/CaCO3 composites were investigated by universal testing machine, DSC and SEM. The results show that: the tensile strength of the PP/PP-g-MAH/CaCO3 composites improves from 25.7 Mpa to 32.0 Mpa, and flexural strength increases from 34.7 Mpa to 41.2 Mpa with the increasing of PP-g-MAH; the crystallization temperature increases firstly and then decreases gradually, when the content of PP-g-MAH is 2%, the crystallization temperature comes up to 123.9% and the crystallinity is 44.7%. However, the elongation at break and impact strength decrease gradually.
