Abstract
Objective: To observe the Efficacy Rate of Resuscitation of Brain cum Restoring the Function of qi and blood to Stroke patients. Methods: Guided by the diagnosis standard of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory of "Clinical Study Theory of Chinese Medicine and New Medicine (trial version)". Co~ieference with key Stroke diagnosis symptoms and TCM theory of 'Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment'. Apply acupuncture treatment thru Resuscitation of Brain cum Restoring the Function of qi and blood to 140 Stroke patients who caused under the condition of qi deficiency & blood stasis, twice per week, 3 months per session, and observe the efficacy rate. Results:There is no significant difference on distribution of Age Group and Degree of illness between Male and Female Group (P>0. 05) , the two groups are competitive. There is also no significant difference on distribution of Gender and the Age Group between Male and Female Group (P>0. 05). However, there is correlation between Gender and Degree of illness, the significant difference level is (P<0. 05). There is significant correlation between the Length of Treatment and Efficacy Rate, the significant difference level is (P<0. 01) I Patients who underwent 3 months of treatment achieved Efficacy Rate of 69. 3%. Patients who underwent 6 months of treatment achieved Efficacy Rate of 97. 1% \ the life ability of patients had significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment, there was significant difference (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Applying acupuncture treatment thru Resuscitation of Brain cum Restoring the Function of qi and blood to Stroke patients who have caused under the condition of qi deficiency & blood stasis have shown significant improvement. And the longer ttreatment session apply, the higher Efficiency Rate achieved. Gender and Degree of illness are correlated, the Female Stroke patients are the majorities and mostly fall on severe category, the analysis has provided guidence on clinical categorisation and acupuncture treatment to Stroke patients who caused under the condition of qi deficiency & blood stasis.关键词
