Effect of Different Bulk Baking Technologies on Leaf Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要

Abstract

In order to optimize the baking technology of bulk curing, the comparative experiments in the optimization baking technology and the conventional curing technology were carried out in the raw material base of Hubei Branch of China Tobacco Industrial Company, and the flue - cured tobacco leaf quality was contrasted. The results showed that: compared with the conventional curing technology, the optimization baking technology could observably improve the smoking quality, appearance quality and hierarchical structure of the flue - cured tobacco leaves, make the content of chemical composition in the flue - cured tobacco leaves more harmonious, and obviously increase the industrial usability of the flue -cured tobacco leaves.
