Abstract
Objective :To observe the effects of parecoxib on postoperative analgesic efficacy of sufentanil after lumbar spine surgery. Methods: Forty patients undergoning selective lumbar spine surgery were randomly divided into two groups, with 20 patients in each group. Parecoxib group received parecoxib 40 mg and control group received normal saline 2 ml before induction and 12 hours after the first injection. Pump of self-control analgesic with sufentanil was used for postoperative analgesia. Visual analogue scale (VAS), consumption and side-effect of sufentanil were recorded at 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after operation. Results: VAS at 6 hours was significantly lower in parecoxib group than in control group (P＜0.05) but no significant difference was found at 12 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after operation between two groups. The consumption of sulfentanil at 12 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours was significantly lower in parecoxib group than in control group(all P＜0. 05). There was no significant difference in the side-effect of sulfentanil between the two groups. Conclusions: Parecoxib can enhance the postoperative analgesic efficacy of sufentanil after lumba spine surgery and diminish the consumption of sufentanil.关键词
