雌激素佐治老年绝经女性复发性尿路感染疗效分析
Effection of estrogen replacement therapy for recurred urinary tract infections in postmenopausal women
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of estrogen replacement therapy on recurred urinary tract infections in postmenopausal women. Methods:48 postmenopausal women who had recurred urinary tract infections were enrolled and were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group adopted antibiotic and estrogen, while the control group used antibiotic alone. Effect was evaluated after 6 months' treat* ment. Results: the effective rate increased and Infections recurrence rate reduced in treatment group as estrogen was used. There was significant difference in infection recurrence rates between the two groups 3 months later. Conclusion:The urinary tract infections in postmenopausal women increased the effective rate and reduced infection recurrence rates while estrogen used, deserve the clinical expansion.关键词
