Abstract
Objective To implement a normalize pain education program for trauma patients by establishing a pain-nursing group, make them active cooperate with analgesic treatment, effective control the pain during perioperative period and make these patients feel more comfortable during this period. Methods All the patients received in June, 2009 were divided into two groups randomly: observe group and control group. Patients in both groups were given normal analgesia treatment. Patients in observe group were instructed with normalization pain education by pain-nursing group and patients in control group were instructed with routine pain education by primary nurses. The prehension rate of pain assessment, the cooperation degree of pain-controlling, the effect and satisfaction degree of analgesia were compared between the two groups. Results The prehension rate of pain assessment and the cooperation degree of pain-controlling of observe group were both 100% , compared with 76% and 86% of control group. The effect and satisfaction degree of analgesia of observe group were superior to control group (P< 0.001), and the difference was significant. Conclusion Normalization education of pain can improve the patients' compliance effectively control pain during the perioperative period and improve the patients' satisfaction degree.关键词
