Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation of life quality of patients with liver cancer and their coping styles, and to provide information for care strategy. Method EROTCQLQ-C30 and MCMQ were used to investigate the life quality and coping styles of 30 liver cancer patients and 30 healthy controls. Results The scores of life quality of the cancer patients were significantly lower than the healthy controls. The most frequently adopted coping styles by the cancer patients were confrontation, fighting, avoidance, resignation or acceptance; the coping styles of resignation or acceptance were negatively correlated with the life quality of liver cancer patients ( P < 0.05, P <0.01). CondU8ionS Liver cancer patients have a low life quality. Care givers should instruct patients to adopt confrontation and avoid acceptance or resignation in an effort to improve their life quality.关键词
